Who we are
Pops Junkie is a UK-based online store selling vinyl figure collectibles. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree to them, please don’t use the site.
Not affiliated with Funko
Pops Junkie is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Funko, Inc. or any of the brands, characters or franchises featured on the products we sell. Product names and images are used only to describe the genuine items available for purchase.
Products & pricing
We try to keep prices and stock levels accurate, but mistakes can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before processing the order to let you confirm, amend, or cancel it. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Item condition & window swaps
Vinyl figures are sold in their original window box wherever possible. Sealed packaging can occasionally be opened and resealed with a different figure inside before it reaches us — sometimes called a “window swap” — and this isn’t always visible from the outside. To the best of our knowledge, we’ll declare any item we’re aware has been swapped in its listing, but we can’t guarantee that every box’s contents exactly match its packaging. If you receive an item that doesn’t match, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. A contract for the sale of goods is formed at the point we dispatch your order.
Mystery Box subscription
The Mystery Box subscription bills £25 automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page — cancelling stops future billing but doesn’t refund the current month. See our Returns Policy for how this differs from individual item purchases.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
Site content & intellectual property
The Pops Junkie name, logo, and site design belong to us. You can browse and use the site for personal shopping, but you can’t copy, resell, or reuse our content or branding without asking us first.
Our liability
We’re liable for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or acting negligently, up to the amount you paid us. We’re not liable for losses that aren’t foreseeable, or for indirect losses (like loss of profit or opportunity) unrelated to your order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for things the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also be able to bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top will always show when they were last changed — continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
