We currently ship to addresses across the UK only.

• UK standard delivery: £3.99
• Free on orders over £50

Dispatch & delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment, then take around 2-3 business days to arrive — so roughly 3-5 business days in total from order to delivery. During busy periods (sales, holidays) this can take a little longer.

Order confirmation

You’ll see an on-screen confirmation once payment goes through. If anything about your order looks wrong, contact us straight away at sales@popsjunkie.co.uk.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, email us with your order details and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund.
