Who we are

Pops Junkie is a UK-based online store selling Funko Pop vinyl figures and collectibles. You can reach us at sales@popsjunkie.co.uk with any questions about this policy or your personal data.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we collect:

• Placing an order — name, email, phone number, and delivery address. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our own servers. We’ll email you an order confirmation, and again once your order has shipped.
• Creating an account — your email address and password, used to log in and manage a Mystery Box subscription. We’ll email you to confirm your email address when you sign up.
• Subscribing to the Mystery Box — name, email, and shipping address, plus your Stripe customer and subscription reference so we know who to ship to and whether your subscription is active. We’ll send you a welcome email once your subscription is set up.
• Selling us your Funkos — name, email, phone number, a description, and an optional photo, sent straight to our inbox by email. This isn’t stored in our database.
• Contacting us — the name, email, and message you submit through our contact form, sent straight to our inbox by email. This isn’t stored in our database.
• Tracking an order — the order ID and email you enter are checked against your existing order; nothing new is collected.
• Signing up for launch updates — just your email address, kept so we can send you a discount code and let you know when the shop is live.

Your wishlist and recently-viewed items are saved only in your own browser (not on our servers) and are cleared if you clear your browser data.

Why we collect it

Solely to take and fulfil your order, run your subscription, respond to a Sell Your Funkos enquiry or contact form message, let you log in, or send you a launch discount code if you’ve signed up for one. We don’t use your information for marketing without your separate consent, and we don’t sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How it’s stored and shared

A few trusted services process data on our behalf, and don’t use it for their own purposes:

• Stripe — handles all card payments and subscription billing. We never see or store your full card details.
• Supabase — hosts our database (orders, accounts, subscriptions, launch sign-ups) and manages account logins.
• Resend — delivers all our emails: order confirmations, shipping updates, Mystery Box welcome emails, account sign-up confirmations, Sell Your Funkos enquiries, contact form messages, and internal stock alerts.
• Vercel — hosts the website itself.

Cookies

We don’t use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The site does use your browser’s local storage to keep you logged in, remember your cart and wishlist, and track recently-viewed products — all strictly necessary for the site to work, so no cookie consent banner is needed.

How long we keep it

We keep order and account details for as long as needed to fulfil orders and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own business records, after which it’s deleted. Sell Your Funkos enquiries live in our email inbox and are kept only as long as needed to respond.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Withdraw consent at any time

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top will always show when it was last changed.
